Enrichment & Bedding

Our enrichment products made of polycarbonate are ideally suited to make the animals feel protected and secure, while they are clearly visible to the user. Our bedding and nest material as well as the activity equipment create the basis for the welfare of the animals. They are selected with the greatest care – in compliance with the strict GLP guidelines. We are constantly working on optimizing and expanding the product range.

Cage Bowls– A matter of type

We offer cage bowls in various sizes, optimized for different species. In addition to the European standard cages type I to IV, other cage types are also available. Autoclavable cage are available in polycarbonate (PC) and polysulfone (PSU).

Stainless Steel Lid – That fits

Our stainless steel lids ensure that our cage bowls are optimally covered and also serve to accommodate feed and water bottles. Fixed, hinged or variable dividers can be used. The high-quality lids are durable, easy to use, stackable.

Filter Tops – A safe thing

The cage tops with filter pads form an effective particle barrier and thus protect people and animals. The very large filter surface enables a reliable exchange of gases and minimizes the concentration of toxic gases within the cage.

Conventional husbandry – a proven standard for keeping rodents.

At Zoonlab you will find everything you need for conventional small animal husbandry. From complete cage equipment to housing shelves and much more.

Cage Accessories – Individually good

For specific applications, we offer floor grids made of stainless steel to increase the base area of 20 mm or 30 mm. This means that animals can be kept without coming into contact with bedding material – important for hygienic wound care. With the cage divider, individual areas are created for individual caging.

Metabolic Cages Mice & Rats – Clean matter

Allows comfortable collection of excrement in short and long-term studies. For long-term experiments with a feed rack and watering device, designed so that no food residues can reach the excrement collecting cone. Urine and faeces are separated from each other by an integrated spiral in the funnel. This can be washed and autoclaved.

Stainless Steel Trolleys – Pretty chassis

Impress with durability, practical design, good visibility and easy rollability. They are available as height-adjustable universal racks or for specific cages from all providers. They are supplied with swivel castors that can be autoclaved and can be used on one or both sides.

Cages and Racks | Guinea pig booth

For guinea pigs we offer solutions with 4-10 cages per rack. The systems consist of mobile stainless steel racks, cage trays, front grids, cover grids with sliding openings as well as feeding and watering devices.
Durable | easy handling | autoclavable up to at least 121 °C

Cages & Racks | Rabbit quarters

Solutions with different base areas and heights, optimized according to body weight. These consist of frames with 2-3 levels, autoclavable cage bowls up to at least 121 °C, lying areas as well as drinking and feeding devices. The modules can be coupled on three sides, e.g. for group husbandry. In addition, we offer individually designed floor husbandry solutions that are optimized for your requirements and the needs of the animals.

IVC Solutions – Top Equipment

Our IVC solutions for rodents consist of a cage system (cage bowl, lid, filter top), up to four racks, a blower unit and accessories. In addition to high safety, low operating costs and easy handling, the housing systems allow a good visibility of the animals and a quick change of water bottles. All are MADE IN GERMANY.

IVC Blower Unit – Fresh air fanatics

Compared to other providers, all units of our VENT LT BIO A.S. are pressure-controlled and thus maximize operational safety. The numbers of cages are unimportant, constant cage conditions are guaranteed, incorrect or forgotten entries in the operator interface are avoided. Upper and lower alarm limits for pressure, air change rate and air volume flow ensure maximum safety for your animals.
